Returns & refunds
All sales are final
We sell food and consumable products, and for reasons of food safety we cannot accept returns. Once a box leaves our warehouse we have no way to verify how it has been stored, handled or transported, and we will not resell any consumable that has been outside our control. That policy protects every customer who orders from us.
If something is wrong, we will fix it
A final-sale policy is not a no-questions-asked one. We stand behind every box we send out. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your box arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- An item is missing
- An item is materially different from its description here
- Your box never arrived
We will send a replacement or issue a refund. Keep the packaging and send photographs where you can — it helps us sort it out quickly and take it up with the carrier.
Cancelling an order
If your box has not been packed yet we can usually cancel it and refund you in full. Email us as soon as you can and include your order number — once a parcel is packed and collected we cannot recall it.
Allergies and ingredients
Ingredients and manufacturing processes change without notice. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please check the manufacturer's packaging when your box arrives rather than relying on the product description here, and do not consume anything you are unsure about.
Refunds
Refunds go back through PayPal to the account or card used for the order. How quickly it appears is your bank's decision, usually a few business days.
