Acceptance of terms
By using Epic Snackbox you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice. Product photographs are for guidance — packaging changes often in this trade, and what arrives may differ slightly in appearance from what is pictured.
The discount applied to a box is the one shown at checkout. It is calculated from what is in the box and does not stack with other offers. How saving works.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal. Your card and account details are entered on PayPal's side and never reach our servers. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is charged by destination zone, and is free above the threshold shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates: once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is theirs.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We sell food and consumable products and cannot accept returns for reasons of food safety. That is not a no-questions-asked policy — if a box arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not as described, we will put it right.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to extract its contents automatically at a scale that affects other customers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
