Free shipping over $35
Every order of $35.00 or more ships free, to all fifty states. Below that, shipping is a flat rate based on how far the box has to travel from our warehouse in Hauppauge, New York.

How long it takes
Boxes are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We ship USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–4 business days once it is on its way. So most orders arrive within a week of being placed; the far west and the territories sit at the long end of that.
You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned. Nothing ships on weekends or public holidays.
Where we ship
All fifty US states, plus Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. We do not ship internationally.
Returns
We sell food, so all sales are final — once a box leaves the warehouse we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and we will not resell a consumable that has been outside our control.
That is not a no-questions-asked policy. If your box arrives damaged, is missing an item, contains the wrong item or never turns up at all, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you. Full details are on the returns page.
